The 4.5 Ah and 1,2 V high temperature nickel-cadmium cells can be used in high-temperature continuous Operation at 55°C in emergency lighting control gear from TRIDONIC in accordance with standard IEC 60598-2-22. They convince with good charging properties at high temperature and high energy maintenance of the charged battery. The standard IEC 61951-2 (continuous charge load test) is fulfilled.
The connection of the NiCd cells is easy with a blade terminal. There are also polycarbonate fixing caps and connecting cables. Electrical connection with mounted end caps is possible. The service life is 4 years.
