Simple and secure payment

In order to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one until the end, we have introduced PayPal Plus. You can easily and conveniently pay between the following payment methods - even without a PayPal account:

PayPal

Paypal offers a fast and secure payment method. After receipt of your order your PalPal account will be charged and we will prepare your goods for shipment. 

The registration at PayPal is fast and uncomplicated and is even possible during the order process.

Credit card

If you pay by credit card via PayPal Plus, your credit card will be charged upon receipt of your order. Your ordered items will be shipped immediately after receipt of the payment confirmation and according to availability. You do not need a PayPal account for this payment method.

Direct debit

If you pay by direct debit via PayPal Plus, your items will be shipped immediately after we receive your payment confirmation, depending on availability. For this payment method, you do not need a PayPal account.

Invoice

With purchase on account via Ratepay, your items will be shipped after we receive your order. You do not need a PayPal account. 

PayPal performs a risk assessment after selecting this payment method. This may involve obtaining credit information. 

Regardless of the availability of the goods and the expected delivery date, the payment term of 14 days is set by Ratepay.

Klarna

When paying by invoice with Klarna, your goods will be shipped immediately – depending on availability. You pay only after receiving the goods, within the payment period specified by Klarna. 

Klarna performs a credit check for this payment method. The payment is processed directly through Klarna – no Klarna account is required.

Prepayment

Receive the goods after payment. Once you have completed your order, you will receive our account details and can pay the amount by bank transfer.

Quick and convenient delivery

If your ordered items are marked as "immediately in stock", we will deliver your order within 24 hours (workdays). If you need your item even earlier, you can place an express order with us before 14:00. The delivery will then take place the following day. 

Partial Shipments
To minimize shipping costs and conserve resources, we generally do not ship orders in partial shipments. Your order will not be shipped until all items are available. However, if you need items that are available immediately, a partial shipment is of course possible. Please note that in this case, additional shipping costs may apply for the second shipment. Simply contact us before or after placing your order, and we’ll work together to find the right solution.

Shipment tracking

You can track your order via a tracking ID of our carrier. You will receive all relevant information by mail after ordering. Please note that our terms of payment and delivery refer to orders within Germany.
