The MBQ 226/2 from TCI is an IP20-protected electronic ballast for TC-DEL/TEL compact fluorescent luminaires, suitable for independent indoor installation. It can be used for lighting equipment in protection class II. The FL ECG is also suitable for connection to emergency equipment according to 60598-2-22. The maximum power is 26 watts.
The FL ECG performs a start with pre-heating to increase the life of the lamp. It also has the high energy classification EEI = A2 and is therefore very energy efficient.
Push-wire connections (connection cross-section 0.5 - 1.5 mm2) are featured. Additionally, a terminal cover for retaining cables, suitable for independent mounting, is supplied. The FL ECG can be secured with a slot for screws.
The TCI MBQ 226/2 is protected for the case of mains voltage spikes, lamp failure, end of lamp life and disconnection of the lamp (a restart with pre-heating is performed).
