39 W FL ECG for T5/TC-L lamps

The electronic ballast EL1x39/36ngn5 for T5 fluorescent lamps by Helvar is suitable for luminaire installation. It has a maximum rated power of 39 watts. The ballast features an excellent thermal design that delivers the highest energy savings and highest reliability - thus minimizing the impact on the environment. The FL ECG has energy efficiency class A2 BAT.

The FL ECG offers standard and sidemount options. You also benefit from optimal lamp operation, low power losses and a long life (60,000 hours). The performed warm start protects the lamp.

Helvar uses only high quality components and materials in the manufacture of its ballasts – no wonder failure rates are among the lowest in the market, exceeding industry expectations tenfold. Helvar's manufacturing processes are also ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

Optimal construction for slim luminaire designs

With its EL ngn5 series, Helvar has set a new standard for electronic high-performance T5 ballasts. The FL ECGs have a length of only 190 mm at a height of 21 mm. This provides great opportunities for luminaire designers when designing with T5 luminaires without compromise.

Due to their excellent EMC performance, the EL ngn5 models are suitable for use in protection class II fittings. By operating with multiple lamps, an ECG can operate all HE-T5 lamps in one installation. It is also possible to operate a combination of T5 / TC-L lamps with a ballast. This offers great advantages in terms of reduced logistics and transport costs as well as a contribution to reducing CO2 emissions.
