Der Gigabit PoE Injector DPE-101GI liefert Stromversorgung und Datenverbindung zusammen über das Netzwerkkabel für ein PoE-Gerät (PD) wie zum Beispiel eine IP Camera oder einen Wireless Access Point. Durch die Kompatibilität zum Industriestandard IEEE 802.3af ermöglicht der DPE-101GI die Platzierung des PoE-Gerätes überall im Gebäude, ohne dass am gewählten Standort (Decke, Eingang) eine Steckdose und ein Netzteil benötigt wird.
