EVN Lichttechnik has stood for the highest quality and innovation in the field of lighting technology for three decades. As a leading manufacturer, the company offers a wide range of products that are used in both the private and commercial sectors. From LED lights and outdoor lighting to customized lighting solutions - EVN Lichttechnik has the right product for every requirement.

Elektro Vertrieb Nürnberg GmbH and with it the EVN brand were founded in 1993. At that time, the young company concentrated on the sale of halogen lighting technology. Just one year later, due to high demand, the company moves to larger premises in Altdorf.

In 2001, EVN takes an innovative step that really pushes the company forward: EVN is the first company in Germany to include LED technology in its product range and from then on focuses more and more on the sale of long-lasting and efficient products.

Due to growth and the continuous expansion of the product range, new warehouses are added in 2002. In 2004, the office space is enlarged. In 2006, the warehouse space is expanded again.

In 2009, a listed building of the Gauchsmühle is opened as an exhibition object for indoor and outdoor lighting. A further exhibition building in Postbauer-Heng is put into operation in 2012, primarily for the presentation of profile and strip applications.

The company moves in 2018. Winkelhaid promises an even larger and more modern company headquarters.
