Lunatone’s compact DALI interface module converts 0-10V signals into DALI dim levels. The module provides a DALI power supply for a small DALI subnet with up to 4 standard DALI ballasts (10mA). With the aid of a DALI expander, up to 64 loads can be controlled.
The DALI converter has a passive and active 0-10V input. The converted 0-10V voltage is sent broadcast to the DALI subnet. A change in the 0-10V input voltage (> 1%) is used as trigger event. The dimming range is 10-100%.
The Lunatone DALI interface module is supplied by a 12-24V power supply. By inserting a DALI expander, galvanic isolation between the ECGs connected to the DALI output (10mA) and the 0-10V signal input (and the 24V supply input) can be achieved.
