The 1-channel electronic ballast forfluorescent lamps QT-FIT 5/8 1X54...58 from the Quicktronic Fit 5/8 series byOSRAM is suitable for class I luminaires. It is also suitable for emergencylighting systems. The maximum rated power is 58.
Ideal application areas include,for example, open-plan offices, corridors or storage rooms, public buildings orstrip lighting. The FL ECG can also be used for the modernization of existingsystems. Thanks to the perfect lamp warm start with filament preheating, it canalso be used well in applications with motion detectors.
The FL ECG ensures a long lamp lifeand no adverse effect from frequent on/off switching. After lamp replacement,an automatic restart is performed. In the case of defective lamps and at theend of lamp life, an automatic safety shutdown occurs.
The OSRAM QT-FIT 5/8 1X54...58 hasa VDE/VDE EMC certified system. Due to cut-off technology, it is very energyefficient: it has the Energy Efficiency Index EEI: A2.
The lamp operation is inaccordance with EN 60929; the safety regulations according to EN 61347-2-3 arefulfilled. The housing is IP20 protected. The lifetime of the FL ECG is 50,000hours.
