The battery operated Smart Home Multisensor 4 in 1 is an all-in-one device: it functions simultaneously as a door / window contact sensor, humidity sensor, temperature sensor and light sensor. The sensor is Z-Wave capable (interoperable, two-way RF mesh network technology) and fully compatible with any Z-Wave enabled network and its security framework.
Every main powered Z-Wave enabled device acts as a signal repeater and multiple devices result in more possible transmission routes which helps eliminate “RF dead-spots”. This device can also be used in Z-Wave-capable networks from other manufacturers. To fully benefit from the product, a security enabled Z-Wave controller should be used.
The Zipato Multisensor 4 in 1 sends a Z-Wave signal when the door / window opens or closes and when there is a humidity, temperature or luminance change. It has a detection angle of 90 ° and a detection range of 40-100 meters. The assembly takes place by surface mounting. Zipato offers a one-year warranty on the smart home wireless sensor.
