LED driver for self-contained emergency lighting
The emergency lighting LED driver with manual test function EM powerLED BASIC by Tridonic was designed for self-contained emergency lighting. It is suitable for installation in LED modules with a forward voltage of 50 - 220 V. The "low profile" housing measures 21 x 30 mm.
The output power of the LED driver is 6 to 75 W. By means of ready2mains programmer or I-select 2 plugs the output current can be adjusted between 100 and 400 mA.
3 h rated operating time
The integrated emergency lighting unit has a rated operating time of 3 hours. If the LED load is out of the allowable range, the output automatically shuts off. In addition, the emergency lighting LED driver has a green LED for charging status display, an electronic multi-level charge system, a polarity reversal protection for battery, a deep discharge protection and a short-circuit-proof battery connection.
The emergency lighting unit is compatible with NiCd or NiMH high temperature batteries with D, Cs or LAL cells. Tridonic offers a 5-year LED driver warranty and 1-year battery warranty.
