Product information "Steinel PROsens rapid 2xL55 dim"
ProSens Rapid 2xL55 dim is an electronic control gear (ECG) for the operation of 2 units 55W fluorescent lamps for example, 2x Osram Dulux L55W. The ECGs can be dimmed via a 1-10VDC interface. When dimming the heating coils of the lamps are activated, ensuring a long service life of the lamps is ensured even when dimming. Dimming via the network input (eg with cord dimmer) is not permitted and may cause damage to the ballast. The lamps are continuously monitored during operation. If EOL (End of Life) or the bulbs defective heating coil a safety shutdown of the ECG is done. After relamping the ECG is immediately ready for operation again. Operation with just one light source is not possible.
