Product information "Zalux Ex luminaire Zalux ACQUEX 258 E PC INOX"
The EX-luminaire "ACQUEX 258 E PC INOX" is perfect for use in EX-Zone 2, 22 according to ATEX directive 94/9/EC, where you need a lot of light. That means, in these areas there is normally no hazardous explosive atmosphere as a mixture of air and combustible gases, only in the short term.
Therefore, this luminaire is very suitable for paint shops, petrol stations, storage tanks for solvents, paints and paints for which adequate ventilation is provided (ATEX Directive 94/9/EC).
The housing of the T8-EX luminaire is made of robust, glass-fiber-reinforced polyester, which is resistant to fire, ignition and corrosion, but the diffuser is made of impact-resistant, transparent polycarbonate (IK08 according to IEC 62262).
This luminaire is designed for the energy-saving but robust T8 technology.
The positive overall impression of the EX luminaire is rounded off by protection class II and IP66.
This luminaire is only approved for fluorescent tubes, when using LED bulbs the EX certificate expires!
No illuminants are included, so you can determine the light color yourself!
