Product information "TCI EL-TRAFO MW 70 LED DIMM"
The MW70 LED DIMM from TCI is a dimmable electronic 12V transformer for LED lamps with 2.5 - 50 W or halogen lamps with 2.5 - 70 W. Its design supports all common mounting types. Thanks to its Class II protection, it prevents electric shocks for direct and indirect contact.
Dimming is possible via phase cut interface (phase control dimming and reverse phase control dimming).
A terminal cover and a cable retainer are supplied. The input and output terminal blocks are on opposite sides (wire cross-section up to 2.5 mm2 / AWG13). Clamping screws for cables with a diameter of min. 3 mm – max. 8 mm are mounted on primary and secondary circuits. The cable under the strain relief has a max. isolation of 18mm.
The transformer is fixed with screws. With its dimensions of 107x32x20 mm, it has a very compact size.
The transformer is protected against overheating and short circuits, against mains voltage spikes and overload. Its service life is 50,000 hours.
