The electronic ballast HF-M RED 114 SH TL / TL5 / PL-C / S 230-240V from Philips' HF MatchboxRED series for T5 and CFL lamps in a very small design opens up completely new design possibilities for lighting designers. The advantages of the FL ECGs for compact fluorescent lamps can be used in an increasing number of application areas, including light control systems.
The HF MatchboxRED has the highest energy classification Celma EEI A2. It is automatically restarted after voltage break or lamp change. Additionally, it is optimized for use in applications with frequent on/off operation.
The FL ECG provides a flicker-free warm start in under 0,8 seconds. Its servie life is 50,000 hours. More than 60,000 switch-on and switch-off operations are possible. The housing is equipped with IP20 protection.
Ideal applications of the Philips HF-MatchboxRED are interior downlighting, applications with compact fluorescent lamps up to 25 W and applications with high switching frequency.
